This role includes:

- Leading a team by example, helping with drink mixing and service

- Ensuring that the beverages served to our customers are of high quality

- Monitoring inventory, and making sure we have adequate stock

- Always be up to date on current legislations regarding hygiene and licensing laws

- Cellar management, including line cleaning

- Supporting the manager in a variety of day-to-day tasks

- Cocktail bartender experience

- Extensive bar and cocktail knowledge

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Be proactive and able to think on your feet
