I’ve recently returned from 9 months of working in Australia. In Aus I gained experience working in a remote tourist hotspot, in a fine dining restaurant.

Since my return I’ve been working as a receptionist in a luxury Salon. The role includes scheduling clients via email, Facebook and phone call, while greeting clients, ensuring the Salon is presentable and managing deliveries. Before leaving the UK. I worked for a telesales/e-commerce business selling sewing kits. I worked behind the scenes on distributor relations and handling customer complaints, and occasionally designing sewing patterns and presenting them on screen.

I have great admin and business skills, alongside some basic bookkeeping skills. I developed brilliant sales skills while working on the show. I also have 6 years experience in hospitality.

I love customer service and I’m great with people in any situation! I’m confident and driven to be the best I can at my job.
